Bad experience (blog4)

When it comes to bad experiences, everyone must experience it. And surely everyone doesn’t want it to happen again. sometimes there are some people who experience severe trauma because of their bad experiences. But sometimes there are also some people who learn a valuable lesson in bad experiences.

I myself have experienced some bad experiences. My worst experience was when I was in kindergarten.
As a child, I really like begging parents. from food to toys. Every time I go home from school that is ten o’clock in the morning I immediately rush out of the classroom to the school gate and try to find a toy seller if there is a new toy.

My parents give me five thousand rupiahs to buy food, but I rarely used it to buy food. I often use that money to buy toys. Because I bought too often, I was finally addicted to buying the toys I wanted.
One time my father told me to use the money to buy food. However, I still violated it.

When I got home from school I remembered my father’s message not to buy toys and when I passed the school gate I saw a toy seller offering a very good toy and no one had it yet. I tried to resist my desire not to buy it, but in the end, I still bought it too. When my father came to pick me up and saw a toy in my hand, my father immediately got angry with me and advised me.

At that time I was almost crying but because my father continued angrily at me finally tears fall out.
Then I was forced to go home by my father but I did not want to. However, my father kept forcing me to go home. I couldn’t fight and finally, I obeyed my father’s orders. Even though I was on my way home, I was still crying until I got home. I immediately met my mother and hugged her.

I told of the incident that happened when I returned home to my mother. But my mother defended my father, my mother said, I was wrong because I disobeyed my father orders and I also had lots of toys in the closet. I finally realized my mistake and apologized to my father. My father forgave me, my father said that being a child must obey every parent’s rule as long as the rule is for your own good and does not violate any religious rules.
Finally, I regretted and then promises to myself to not repeating the action at that time I also promised to buy enough toys, and if it was not needed I would not buy it. My toy collection at that time was very much up to one full.

Have you ever thought of a time when you were very nervous or anxious? Well, like myself and other people, such as freshman, starting high school and not knowing anything about it was one of those times. As I now know, high school is challenging when starting your freshmen year. However, with the help of friends and family, I have learned a few tips on how freshmen can survive high school which I will share with you today. First off, when starting out at a new school, you may not know a lot of people.

Maybe your friends from middle school are going to a different high school, or even if you know other freshmen, you might not know many upperclassmen. This is why it is very important to attend freshman orientations. These are helpful not only because you learn your way around the building and get to meet some of your teachers, but you also get to meet fellow freshmen. When you talk to people at orientation, you’ll probably find that a lot of them are feeling just like you are. They’re all new to the school and don’t know what to expect either. Talking to your classmates about a common concern could even spark a new friendship.

Secondly, you should learn more about your teachers. Some freshman teachers are nice and kind at times. However, in order to avoid their negativity, you must go by all of their rules. Different teachers will have different expectations. Learn what they are and don’t make your high school experience rough, by trying to make your own rules.

My learning in 2022 and My goal in 2023

In 2022, I also learned the importance of consistency, which was a valuable lesson. Consistency has several benefits for both your personal and professional lives. By following a routine this year, I was able to complete more duties in less time, which made me feel more in control and disciplined. Consistency offered me the sense of control I really needed in my life. My use of constancy during this year provided good consequences that offered me intellectual, physical, and mental strength. After seeing the results I’ve received this year, I will be encouraged to return these lessons and my triumphs in order to achieve my goals in 2023

When I imagine my future, I see myself as a college grad and successful person. I have many aspirations as to what I want to achieve. I hope to leave an impact on this world for future generations. My first goal, which is shared by my parents, is to go to college. I aim to get good grades in high school so that I can attend a good college. My parents really want me to be educated, because they feel that that is what it takes to succeed in life. I also share that view. Another reason I hope to attend college is that I imagine that when I am finished and graduated, I will feel a great sense of accomplishment. Also, My older brothers are in college, and I would like to continue the tradition.

Another plan I have for my future is my occupation. I think that I would like to be either an engineer, the occupation my dad has, or a scientist. I do not know what specific field I would like to major in, but I know that I want one of these two jobs. I think that they are the right job for me because they are interesting. I want to work at a job that I don’t mind doing, as opposed to loathing every hour I spend at my occupation. But above all, I want to be successful. I have no preference over either one, as long as I am able to make a living out of it.

My hope is that I will be able to work in a place that I like and make a living, enough to be considered successful. My last goal concerns my mark on this world. In my life, I hope to accomplish something memorable. I do not wish to be famous, for fame comes at a price. I just want to do something beneficial to someone or something and be recognized for it, if only briefly. An example of what I’m talking about is, say, an improvement to a scientific tool, or making plans for an eco-friendly factory of some sort. Things of that sort of magnitude is what I hope to accomplish. I want to be able to look back on my life and feel that I contributed something, however small, to this world for future generations.
Thave set my aspirations for the future high, but I know that I can accomplish them. If I have made it this far in school, I think I will be able to do good on the remaining half of my education. And, through my education, I am sure I will find the right job for me. With hard work and effort, I can achieve anything.

“END VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN”

In a world where prejudice, sexism, and victim-blaming is an everyday norm, issues regarding violence against women have not been receiving serious attention as it needs to be. Even with the presence of human rights, the world has always been unequal; perpetrators will continue to devour their prey until they are satisfied, the same as the situation of women being beat to death during this pandemic. Health workers are not the only people at risk in these difficult times but also women behind the shadows who are voiceless and are barely surviving. According to the Philippine Statistics Authority’s 2017 National Demographic and Health Survey, one in every four Filipino women aged 15 to 49 has suffered physical, emotional, or sexual assault from their husband or partner. Since the beginning of the epidemic, nearly one in every two people has reported direct or indirect experiences with violence. Issues against women’s violence was more intensified when the pandemic struck as it shut people and instructed them to stay at home as much as possible, making women more in danger because violence always happens at home. This issue should be discussed because at least one woman dies a week as a result of domestic violence and this has emerged even in the past due to gender-based violence that has caused more deaths, illnesses, and injuries surpassing the rate of cancer, traffic injuries, and malaria experienced by women. As a woman, thinking about her fellow woman being beaten to death without seeking any help from the authorities and dying unjustly is just horrifying. This has rooted because of the belief of the society that man has always been dominant against woman, stereotyping females as weak, emotionally unstable, and in need of support has caused men to act whatever they want even if it means to harm women physically or mentally because of the views against their opposite sex. This kind of mindset is alarming not only to the victims but also to society as a whole because it can influence other people causing more violence. It will remain unchanged if this issue is not resolved because as long as there are violent men, our lives as women will always be endangered. The key to solving this is issue takes a long journey but if it is virtuously practiced and applied, there is an assurance that in the future gender violence will not anymore exist. Children as young as their age should be educated regarding this matter, they should be able to identify a healthy and unhealthy relationship by observing their own family because they tend to follow the steps of their parents’ actions, may it be bad or good. Programs discussing respect in every gender would help children to ensure that values learned would stick. If boys understand what constitutes a respectful healthy relationship then they can treat girls and women properly. Create and implement legislation to protect women against discrimination and violence, such as rape, beatings, verbal abuse, mutilation, torture, “honor” killings, and trafficking.
